i am thrilled to share this recipe with you! it's become a favorite of mine for a few reasons.
1. it's served warm. (comfort food!)
2. it makes a huge batch.
3. it's great re-heated too!
this is not an original picture, but it looks close. :)

kara's never go back spinach and artichoke dip
(once you try this, this will be the only spinach and
artichoke dip recipe you will ever need).
ingredients
a block of frozen spinach (or the equivalent amount of fresh spinach, steamed)
1 can of artichokes
1 ½ blocks of cream cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash of salt
drumroll please…
you cook this in the MICROWAVE.
that means you need ONE bowl. no pots or pans. no oven. just
your trusty microwave! woo hoo!
heat in the microwave until desired temperature is reached.
i cooked for
approximately 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
serve warm with pita, bagel, or tortilla chips!
and enjoy!
this is my beautiful friend, kara.
she has given me some of the best recipes. thanks for the help, girl.
